Indonesia's mixed doubles, Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir, are about to rock Jakarta Convention Center (JCC). They 2016 Rio Olympic gold medalist becomes the only Indonesian representative in the ultimate final of the BCA Indonesia Open Superseries Premier 2017 which will be held tonight, Sunday (18/6).

Tontowi/liliyana will challenge Chinese world's number one mixed doubles, Zheng Siwei/Chen Qingchen. The both sides met once at 2014 China Open where Tontowi/Liliyana was defeated in two straight games, 18-21 and 15-21.

As the best Indonesian mixed doubles pair, Tontowi/Liliyana have gathered many achievements, the peak was becoming the gold medalist at 2016 Rio Olympic. However, Tontowi/Liliyana so far have not won any title at home. With a ticket to final in their hands, they only need to take one more step to become a champion.

Tontowi/Liliyana reached Indonesia Open final twice. In 2012, they were stopped by Sudket Prapakamol/Saralee Thoungthongkam (Thailand). In 2011, Tontowi/Liliyana reached final and they were halted by Zhang Nan/Zhao Yunlei (Tiongkok).

Can Tontowi/Liliyana finally set a new record in the final of the 2017 BCA Indonesia Open Superseries Premier this time?
