"This time I haven't thought about retirement. I want to focus on the Olympic. After that, we'll see," Lin Dan told the press.
At the BCA Indonesia Open Superseries Premier (BIOSSP) 2016, Lin Dan often had negative outcomes even though the famous Senayan crowd doesn't affect him that much.
"I myself don't know why I have these bad results. Supporters are not an issue," he said the 32 year old player who once won gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympic and 2012 London Olympic.
Playing the first round of BIOSSP 2016, Lin Dan won a three set match against Malaysia's Zulfadli Zulkifli, 16-21, 21-18, 21-16 in court #3. Playing not in the main court, he said it wasn't a big deal.
"Not a problem, it is not my authority. I just wanted to keep my spirit for the Olympic," he ended.
