JAKARTA - The defeat of an Indonesian women's doubles, Anggia Sitta Awanda/Ni Ketut Mahadewi, in the quarter final of the BCA Indonesia Open 2016 this evening, Friday (3/6), from Malayisan pair, Vivian Kah Mun Hoo/Khe Wei Woon, was considered unfortunate.

The achievement this time is exceeding their expectation.  Playing in quarter final already makes them happy and surprised as she said yesterday, Thursday (2/6) after defeating a Korean pair.

Altough Anggia/Ketut haven't done much, they stated they would practice and more practice harder for a more proud result.

"After this tournament, we will practice harder so that we can achieve a more prestigious achievement in the next tournaments we will participate in," said Ketut.

"Our main target for this year is to be world's #15," she added. Currently, Anggia /Ketut are in world's #23. Meanwhile, Anggia as we all know, has a stocky profile which is considered not so ideal for most athletes. She has actually a personal target. She admitted she had been on diet program for two months to have an ideal weight.

"I am on diet program myself, perhaps it's been two months, and the target is in six months, I will get a better shape. I personally find it difficult reach variety of range on the court. I never measure my weight, just controlling calorie," Anggia said.
