Like the beautiful singer from Bandung who is recently gaining popularity, Isyana Sarasvati, the Bandung born woman said she had been fond of badminton since she was a kid as she had a unique experience when playing badminton in her yard.

"I've loved it since long time ago. Once when we played near my house, the shuttlecock fell down in the gutter, we picked it up and continued playing." Isyana said when interviewed at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).

Isyana comes to JCC to entertain badminton fans watching the semifinal of BCA Indonesia Open (BIO) Superseries Premier 2017, Saturday, (17/6).

When asked about her favorite player to be the champion, Isyana named Indonesian mixed doubles, Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir.

"They're Tontowi/Liliyana. But my idol is still Taufik Hidayat," said Isyana.
