Jakarta | The supporters keep coming to Istora Senayan, Jakarta to watch the semifinal round of Blibli Indonesia Open 2019 BWF Tour Super 1000, on Saturday (20/7). Coming to the venue with all sorts of attributes, the supporters are testing their luck by buying the on-the-spot ticket provided by the organizers.

Unfortunately, some of these supporters’ dream of watching the match live in the stands has to be buried as the matchday tickets have been sold out. One of the supporters from Karawang, Jawa Barat, Sutisna (34), claims to have arrived at the venue at 9 A.M. but he is failed to get the ticket as all tickets have been sold out.

After making it through the long journey from his origin, he is forced to only watch the match through the big screen provided by the organizers. However, to some of you who still have not gotten the ticket yet, don’t worry, as the semifinal and final matches can be streamed live through the BlibliPlay application.

Easy right? The organizers and the sponsors have really pleased the Indonesian badminton fans. Through the application that can be downloaded for free in Google Playstore for Android users and in AppStore for iOS users, the badminton fans can stream all the matches that will be played in Istora Senayan, Jakarta.

“I will try to watch the match through the application provided by BlibliPlay. It seems convenient, but I would stay in Istora as the atmosphere is very unique. The semifinal round must be very exciting, I’m looking forward to the match between Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan and the Japanese pair, Takuro Hoki/Yugo Kobayashi. Hopefully ‘The Daddies’ can win and through to the final,” Sutisna hoped.

On the other hand, the Indonesian Badminton Players Association (PP PBSI) is targeting to claim at least 1 title for the Indonesia in this tournament that will reward the winners to the total prize of USD 1.250.000.

Susi Susanti, the head of Player & Performance Development of PP PBSI hopes that the World’s No. 1 Men’s Doubles pair, Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo/Marcus Fernaldi Gideon will at least win the title for Indonesia.
